In view of this Committee after detailed deliberations in consultation with representatives of technical authorities present in the meeting decided to advise the R.A to fix the adhoc norms accordingly, if items of import and export product are the same in this case.

The Committee after detailed deliberations in consultation with the representatives of technical authorities present in the meeting decided to ratify the Advance Authorization issued in this case on repeat basis as detailed below: - (i) The item of import at S.No. 1, 4 and 7 may be allowed with 10% wastage. (ii) The remaining items of import with 1% wastage.

Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and decided to call applicant firm for personal hearing alongwith complete justification and documents pertaining to their request for deletion of GSM condition in its meeting to be held on 14.05.2009. The case stands deferred for re-listing on 14.05.2009.

Decision: Committee considered the case as per Agenda and observed that in respect of firm’s Advance Authorization No. 1010027856 dated 09.11.2007, NC has already fixed the adhoc norms for the same Style No. 662240 of the export product in its meeting held on 29.11.2007. The Committee also observed that this adhoc norms are well covered within one year in the instant case. It was therefore decided to advise R.A to fix the norms in this case on repeat basis accordingly keeping in view the same Style No.662240 and monitor the same on export side. The GSM of import and export shall match.

The RLA shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions.

Ltd., New Delhi F.No. 01/84/50/390/AM-08/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No. 0510215299 dated 22.01.2008 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009. PRO version F.No. 01/84/162/407/AM-09/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No. 0310478445 dated 11.07.2008 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009. listing on 07.05.2009.

Case No.45 M/s Madura Garments Exports Ltd. F.No. 01/84/50/429/AM-09/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No. 0710062269 dated 06.01.2009 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that in terms of Policy Circular No. 34/(RE-07)/2004-2009 dated: 24th March, 2008, the Qty. asked (2.27 Sq mtr/Pc) by the firm is within 7.5% of the Qty. allowed as per relevant SION at S.No. J-175 (2.15 Sq mtrs/Pc). Hence, it was decided to allow the inputs @ 2.15 Sq mtrs/Pc in this case. The GSM of import and export shall match. The RLA shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions.

Case No.46 M/s Drishti Apparels, Gurgoan F.No. 01/84/50/114/AM-05/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No. 0510127701 dated 03.06.2004 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and heard Sh.Ashok Srivastava, an authorized representative of the firm, who appeared for personal hearing in this case. The samples were also shown in this case, but as regards quantitative requirement, representative could not explain. In view of

PRO version this Committee advised the representative to attend next personal hearing alongwith size-wise calculation sheet, measurement and justification thereon in support of representation made in this case. The case stands deferred for re-listing on 14.05.2009.

Case No.47 M/s Madura Garments Exports Ltd. F.No. 01/84/50/444/AM-09/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No. 0710062666 dated 02.02.2009 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and sample. It was observed that firm have not given calculation sheet, Style No. and measurement pertaining to this case. In view of this Committee decided to advise the firm to submit size-wise calculation sheet, Style No., measurement and justification in this case. The case stands deferred for re-listing on 14.05.2009.

Case No.48 M/s Punit Creation, Mumbai F.No. 01/84/162/16/AM-10/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No. 0310508931 dated 24.02.2009 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009. applicant firm have neither forwarded calculation sheet nor CAD/CAM/Laymarker/Measurement/Style No., in absence of which it is not possible to compute the requirement of inputs more than the Qty. higher than that of norms fixed for the export product. Therefore, Committee was constrained to reject the case.

           RLA may take suitable consequential action accordingly.
