Minutes of NC-V meeting held on 04.07.2013

        The meeting No.14/AM-14 for the licensing year 2013-14 to consider the cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter-

At the outset, the Minutes of NC-V Meetings Nos.13/AM-14, dated 27.06.2013 were taken for ratification. As there were no amendments to the same, the above referred minutes of 27.06.2013 were adopted for implementation by the Committee without any amendment. The agenda for meeting No.14/AM-14 dated 04.07.2013 was taken up for discussion and the decision taken in respect of each case is enumerated below:-

Against the export/import item No.10, the word ‘bleached’ has been mentioned in place of the word ‘dyed’. With the approval of the Chairman, Norms Committe-5, the error has been corrected and revised minutes have been circulated to the applicant firm/Jt. DGFT, CLA, New Delhi. The Committee, after deliberations, decided to give its ex-post-facto approval to the necessary correction.
