1. 2023-24 क अव"ध के लए वा>षक Qरपोट F=तुत करने म देरी के लए इकाई को कारण बताओ नोिटस जारी करने के लए कारवाई शुI करना।
2. लंबे समय से लंिबत िवदेशी मुWा क वसूली के लए इकाई से पूछ और अFाa िवदेशी मुWा के संबंध म एडी बOक से मांगी गई िव=तार क अनुम"त F=तुत कर।

Decision: After deliberation, the Committee noted the monitoring performance of the unit for the period 2017-18 to 2023-24 as the unit had achieved positive NFE on Cumulative basis. The Committee also directed the following:

1. To initiate action for issuance of show cause notice to the unit for delay in submission of APR for the period 2023-24.
2.
