  2. The permission needs to be taken by the unit/warehouse which will be first importing/procuring the goods.
  3. अनुमत Hा त करने के बाद, क Q@य इकाई/गोदाम अय इकाई क ओर से माल खरीद सकता है और एफट@पी तथा सीमा शुEक प^रप5 म उ2Eल\खत अंतर इकाई ह3तांतरण प_त का पालन करते `ए इसे 3थानांत^रत कर सकता है l
  4. After obtaining permission, the central unit/warehouse can procure the goods on behalf of other unit and transfer it by following inter unit transfer method as mentioned in FTP as well as the Customs circular.
