LिCया म ह\। सिम6त ने िनद]श िदया है िक िUतीय Pलॉक अव6ध के पाँचव वष म नकाराVमक एनएफई दज िकए जाने पर कारण बताओ नोिटस जारी िकया जाए। सिम6त ने यूिनट को िनद]श िदया िक वह िव: वष 2021-22 के लए पूंजीगत वतुओं के सही अमोटाइजेशन मूNय के साथ एपीआर (APR) को संशो6धत करे। अ0य' को ध<यवाद _ापन के साथ बैठक समाT हुई।

Agenda Item No. 02: Action taken report for the Minutes of the 30 th meeting held on 29.02.2024 After deliberation, the Committee has noted the Action taken report for the meeting held on 29.02.2024. Agenda Item No. 3: Monitoring of Performance for M/s. Wockhardt Ltd. Unit 1 After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for last year of 2nd Block period i.e. FY 2021-22 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 6.72 Crores as against projected export of Rs.736.04 Crores in 5th year of 2nd Block period i.e. FY 2021-22 The unit has recorded a Negative NFE of Rs. 97.42 Crores on Cumulative basis i.e. -80.22% at the end of 2nd Block period. As per SO report the unit has 327 employees. Unit assured the Committee that they will achieve Positive NFE in the current Block (3 rd Block Period). They submitted that they are in process of getting Orders from countries such as Brazil. The committee directed to issue Show cause notice for recording a negative NFE in the 2 nd block period (5th Year). The committee directed the unit to revise the APR for the FY 2021-22 with correct value of amortization of capital goods. Meeting ended with a vote of thanks to the Chair.
