At the outset, the Minutes of NC-V Meetings No.51/AM-13, dated 28.03.2013 was taken for ratification. As there were no amendments to the same, the above referred minutes of 28.03.2013 were adopted for implementation by the Committee without any amendment. The agenda for meeting No.01/AM-14 dated 04.04.2013 was taken up for discussion and the decision taken in respect of each case is enumerated below:-

Mr. Purvang Talati presented the samples and explained the details of the case before the Committee. After hearing the details of the case, the Committee advised the representative of the firm to submit the relevant

(16) Case No.03 M/s Chiripal Industries Ltd., Ahmedabad File No.01/84/50/281/AM-13/DES-V Ratification of input output norms in respect of Advance Authorization No.0810115375 dated 25.09.2012. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and heard Mr. Purvang Talati, Manager (Liaison) on behalf of the firm. Mr. Purvang Talati presented the samples and explained the details of the case before the Committee. After hearing the details of the case, the Committee advised the representative of the firm to submit the relevant documents, flow chart and statement of wastage at each stage of the export product to the Committee. The case stands for re-listing on 09.05.2013.

(17) Case No.04 M/s Madhu India Deco Ltd., Mumbai File No.01/84/162/261/AM-13/DES-V Enhancement of Kraft Paper wastage from 10.19% to 15.42% to 100% EOU. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and heard Mr. R.K. Rajvanshi, Director of the firm on behalf of the firm. Mr. Rajvanshi presented the samples, handed over the documents relating to the case and explained the details of the case before the Committee. After hearing the details of the case, the Committee decided to refer to DIPP alongwith samples and documents provided by the representative of the applicant firm for their examination and comments. It was decided to defer the case for re-listing on 25.04.2013.

(18) Case No.05 M/s Gaurav International, Gurgaon File No.01/84/50/436/AM-13/DES-V Ratification of input output norms in respect of Advance Authorization No.0510343496 dated

PRO version 16.01.2013. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that applicant firm has requested to include the Style No.306413 against the description of export item No.3 in this case. The Committee after deliberations agreed with the request of the applicant firm and the description of export item No.3 may be read as under:-

“Ladies Top made of 100% Polyester printed woven fabric, GSM-75+/-10%, Style No.306413/ 306416/306422/306423.”

(19) Case No.06 M/s Imperial Readymade Garments Factory India Pvt. Ltd., Sriperumbudur File No.01/84/162/280/AM-11/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No.0410114215 dated 01.06.2010. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that applicant firm has requested for enhancement of import quantity of pocketing fabric. The Committee observed that CAD of the export product submitted by the applicant firm showing extra panels of pockets which appears to be back pockets. As per sketch of the export product, it appears that the back pockets are patch pockets, which needs not pocketing fabric for pocket bags. The Committee after deliberation did not agreed with the request of the applicant firm and decided to maintain status quo in this case.

(20) Case No.07 M/s Modern Apparels, Mumbai

PRO version File No.01/84/50/238/AM-12/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No.0310657811 dated 04.10.2011. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and discussed the details of the case submitted by the applicant firm. The Committee noted that the applicant firm has not furnished the requisite information called for vide DGFT’s letters dated 12.01.2012 and 20.09.2012 in support of their proposal. It is not possible for the Committee to arrive at the requirement of inputs asked for without the basic information i.e. GSM of export and import product, CAD/CAM, calculation sheet, details of measurement & drawing/design of the export product. Therefore, the Committee after deliberations decided to maintain status quo in this case.

(21) Case No.08 M/s Modern Apparels, Mumbai File No.01/84/50/130/AM-12/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No.0310634031 dated 01.06.2011. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and discussed the details of the case submitted by the applicant firm. The Committee noted that the applicant firm has not furnished the requisite information called for vide DGFT’s letter dated 14.06.2012 in support of their proposal. It is not possible for the Committee to arrive at the requirement of inputs asked for without the basic information i.e. GSM of export and import product, CAD/CAM, quantity of coating, details of measurement & drawing/design of the export product. Therefore, the Committee after deliberations decided to maintain status quo in this case.

(22) Case No.09 M/s Modern Apparels, Mumbai File No.01/84/50/318/AM-12/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No.0310672356 dated 22.12.2011. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and discussed the details of the case submitted by the applicant firm. The Committee noted that the applicant firm has not furnished the requisite information called for vide DGFT’s letter dated 20.09.2012 in support of their proposal. It is not possible for the Committee to arrive at the requirement of

PRO version inputs asked for without the basic information i.e. CAD/CAM, details of measurement & drawing/design of the export product. Therefore, the Committee after deliberations decided to maintain status quo in this case.

(23) Case No.10 M/s Chhatariya Firetech Industries Ltd., Mumbai File No.01/84/50/244/AM-13/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No.0310711370 dated 03.10.2012. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and went through the details submitted in this case. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that the proposal is still under examination of DC(MSME). Therefore, the Committee has decided to await the same and defer the case for re-listing on 02.05.2013.

(26) Case No.13 M/s Achiever Apparels Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi File No.01/84/50/293/AM-13/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No.0510334675 dated 13.09.2012. Meter : 1.01 Sq. Meter. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and went through the details submitted in this case. Accordingly, Committee after deliberations decided to call for the status report on the application of the applicant firm from R.A., Bangalore. The case stands for re-listing on 25.04.2013.

Silk Fabrics, Bangalore File No.01/84/162/53/AM-13/DES-V Request to facilitate the issue of DFIA authorization under Textiles SION J-51 for export of dyed/printed 100% Natural Silk Fabric against the import of 100% Natural Silk Fabric for the ratio of 1 Sq. Meter : 1.01 Sq. Meter. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and went through the details submitted

(29) Case No.16 M/s Orient Clothing Co. Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon File No.01/84/171/98/AM-13/DES-V Fixation of ad-hoc norms under Annual Advance Authorization No.0510288340 dated 20.04.2011. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that the measurement chart of the export product submitted by the applicant firm is incomplete. The measurement chart does not show the total length of the export product. Accordingly, the Committee after deliberations decided to ask the applicant firm to make available the complete measurement chart of the export product for consideration of the proposal. The case stands for re-listing on 09.05.2013.

(30) Case No.17 M/s Orient Clothing Co. Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon File No.01/84/171/97/AM-13/DES-V Fixation of ad-hoc norms under Annual Advance Authorization No.0510288340 dated 20.04.2011.
