PRO version Case No.41 M/s Jiwanram Sheoduttarai Industries Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata File No.01/84/50/132/AM-12/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No.0210160112 dated 09.06.2011. As per correction in the decision taken in NC meeting held on 15.12.2011 in this case is concerned, the Committee has decided that in the description of export product, the word ‘hand’ may be read as the word ‘hang’. The description of import item No.10 may be read as ‘O-Rivet Brass, metal stud buttons-No.11874W’ in place of ‘O-Button 33 wenass Anti copper metal stud button-pioneer anti brass No.11874W’.

In so far as enhancement in quantity of import item No.2 & 3 is concerned, no justification has been given by the applicant firm for this. Therefore, the Committee has decided to maintain status quo in this matter.
