Minutes of NC-V meeting held on 26.09.2013
The meeting No.25/AM-14 for the licensing year 2013-14 to consider the cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter-
- was held on 26.09.2013 in Room No.108 of DGFT under the Chairmanship of Shri K.C. Rout, Addl. DGFT. The following officers were present:-

At the outset, the Minutes of NC-V Meetings Nos.23/AM-14, dated 12.09.2013 and 24/AM-14, dated 19.09.2013 was taken for ratification. As there were no amendments to the same, the above referred minutes of 12.09.2013 and 19.09.2013 were adopted for implementation by the Committee without any amendment. The agenda for meeting No.25/AM-14 dated 26.09.2013 was taken up for discussion and the decision taken in respect of each case is enumerated below:-

The CAD/CAM shows panels for skirt portion only whereas it appears from the sample that imported fabric has been used on entire garment and lining. As per CAD/CAM, the requirement of fabric for skirt portion comes out around 0.40 Sq. meter per piece only and the applicant firm has sought the requirement of fabric for 0.77 Sq. meter per piece. The Committee after deliberations decided to ask the applicant firm to clarify whether CAD/CAM of the export product is correct or sample is correct. The case stands for re-listing on 24.10.2013.
