Minutes of NC-V meeting held on 05.09.2013

        The meeting No.22/AM-14 for the licensing year 2013-14 to consider the cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter-
  1. was held on 05.09.2013 in Room No.11 of DGFT under the Chairmanship of Shri K.C. Rout, Addl. DGFT. The following officers were present:-

At the outset, the Minutes of NC-V Meetings Nos.21/AM-14, dated 29.08.2013 were taken for ratification. As there were no amendments to the same, the above referred minutes of 29.08.2013 were adopted for implementation by the Committee without any amendment. The agenda for meeting No.22/AM-14 dated 05.09.2013 was taken up for discussion and the decision taken in respect of each case is enumerated below:-

Applicant firm has also not given the Style No. of export item which may indicate the relevant of CAD. Accordingly, the Committee after deliberations decided to ask the applicant firm to submit the exact CAD which can be co-relate with the export product for consideration of the proposal. The case stands for re-listing on 03.10.2013.
