Minutes of NC-V meeting held on 02.02.2012

        The meeting No.43/AM-12 for the licensing year 2011-12 to consider the cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter-

4. held on 02.02.2012 in Room No.11 of DGFT under the Chairmanship of Shri A.K. Singh, Jt. DGFT. The following officers were present:-

Decision: This case was considered by the Committee in its meeting No. 42/AM-12 held on 19.1.2012 and rejected the same. However, on the request of Mr. Dipak Shiroya, Production Manager of the applicant firm, the Committee allowed to present his case before the Committee. Mr. Dipak Shiroya presented his case but could not satisfy the Committee. Therefore, the Committee decided to maintain status quo in this case and suggested the applicant firm to give complete details of the product and send separate proposal for each product.
