Minutes of NC-V meeting due for 02.08.2012 but actually held on 09.08.2012 The meeting No.17/AM-13 for the licensing year 2012-13 to consider the cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter- 4) due for 02.08.2012 but actually held on 09.08.2012 in Room No.108 of DGFT under the Chairmanship of Shri K.C. As there were no amendments to the same, the above referred minutes of 19.07.2012 and 26.07.2012 were adopted for implementation by the Committee without any amendment.
