The meeting No.18/AM-14 for the licensing year 2013-14 to consider the cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter-

At the outset, the Minutes of NC-V Meetings Nos.17/AM-14, dated 25.07.2013 were taken for ratification. As there were no amendments to the same, the above referred minutes of 25.07.2013 were adopted for implementation by the Committee without any amendment. The agenda for meeting No.18/AM-14 dated 01.08.2013 was taken up for discussion and the decision taken in respect of each case is enumerated below:-
