Minutes of NC-V meeting held on 27.09.2012 The meeting No.25/AM-13 for the licensing year 2012-13 to consider the cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter- 4) held on 27.09.2012 in Room No.11 of DGFT under the Chairmanship of Shri K.C. Rout, Jt. DGFT. The following officers were present:-

The ad-hoc norms once fixed by the Norms Committee are valid for two years. Applicant firm can avail this facility. The Committee deliberated on this issue and decided that animal hair cannot be allowed to be incorporated under the SION J-312. Further, the amendment in the SION cannot be done on the request of one applicant firm alone. The applicant firm is advised to approach the relevant export promotion council to examine this further.
