The representative of the firm has also provided the style number, CAD/CAM, Calculation sheet etc of the export item. After hearing the details of the case, the Committee after deliberations decided to refix the adhoc norms in the Advance Authorization issued in this case as detailed below:8 he.

Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that the O/o the Addl DGFT, CLA, New Delhi had issued Advance Authorisation No. 0510342188 dated 01.01.2013 in favour M/s Precise Seamless Apparels Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi on repeat basis against similar Advance Authoridation No. 0513427394 dated 14.06.2012 in terms of Para 4.7.1 & 4.7.2 of HBP on the basis of Norms Committee decision taken in its meeting No. 20/AM-13 held on 23.08.2012. Further, the applicant firm, vide their fetter dated 15.01.2014, had requested to amend the description of four import items of this Advance Authorization. The matter was examined by the Norms Committee in its meeting held on 20.03.2014 and noted that Advance Authorization in this case was issued under para 4.7.1 (d) of HBP, Vol.| on repeat basis. The import items of this Advance Authorization are different and the Committee could not amend the description of import items of Advance Authorization issued under para 4.7.1 (d) of HBP, Vol.l on repeat basis. The Committee had suggested to the CLA, New Delhi to advise applicant firm to apply afresh under para 4.7 of HBP, Vol. for consideration of the Committee.
