Decision: - The committee considered the case as per agenda and discussed the existing SION J-370 in detail. The SION J-370 has been published long back vide public notice no-44, dated 26.08.2005 and detail is as under: No. J370 Nonwoven fabrics made of | 1 kg Relevant Man1.17 kg/kg content in the manmade fibre made fibre export product The committee while dealing with input output norms under advance authorization scheme, observed that wastage of 17% allowed under SION- J-370 is very much on higher side and it needs to be rationalized. To initiate the process of rationalization, the Committee decided to first ask from EGTF section, the details of companies have been taken the benefit of SION J-370. Then production and consumption data for 3 years certified by CA may be called from such companies to take a view in this matter. The case stands for deferred and re-listing in next meeting.
