Minutes of NC-V meeting held on 20.09.2012 The meeting No.24/AM-13 for the licensing year 2012-13 to consider the cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter- 4) held on 20.09.2012 in Room No.11 of DGFT under the Chairmanship of Shri K.C. Rout, Jt. DGFT. The following officers were present:-

At the outset, the Minutes of NC-V Meeting No.22/AM-13, dated 06.09.2012 and Meeting No.23/AM-13, dated 13.09.2012 were taken for ratification. Shri Kuldeep Singh, Assistant Director, MSME suggested some changes in the minutes of the meeting of NC meeting held on 06.09.2012 of items No.39 & 40 (Cases No.446 & 447) relating to M/s Ganesh Ecoshpere Ltd., Kanpur. The Committee agreed with the amendments suggested by Shri Kuldeep Singh. The revised minutes of the meeting of NC meeting held on 06.09.2012 of items No.39 & 40 (Cases No.446 & 447) relating to M/s Ganesh Ecoshpere Ltd., Kanpur are as under:-

PRO version 18.01.2012. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and went through the details submitted in this case. Accordingly, Committee after deliberations decided that in case of import of Pet Chips & Pet Flakes in import Srl. No. 1, 3% wastage is allowed and 5% wastage allowed for remaining items of import item in Srl. No.1. In import Srl. No. 2, the items are allowed with 0.02 kg. (20 grams) per kg. of polyester content in the export, as applied for by the applicant firm.

Accordingly, Committee after deliberations decided that in case of import of Pet Chips & Pet Flakes in import Srl.
