Minutes of NC-V meeting due for 03.04.2014 but actually held on 17.04.2014

        The meeting No.01/AM-15 for the licensing year 2014-15 to consider the cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter-

was due for 03.04.2014 but actually held on 17.04.2014 in Conference Room No.4 of DGFT under the Chairmanship of Shri K.C. Rout, Addl. DGFT. The following officers were present:-

As there were no amendments to the same, the above referred minutes of 20.03.2014 and 27.03.2014 were adopted for implementation by the Committee without any amendment. The agenda for meeting No.01/AM-15 dated 03.04.2014 was taken up for discussion and the decision taken in respect of each case is enumerated below:-
