        The meeting No.01/AM-15 for the licensing year 2014-15 to consider the cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter-
  1. was due for 03.04.2014 but actually held on 17.04.2014 in Conference Room No.4 of DGFT under the Chairmanship of Shri K.C. Rout, Addl. DGFT. The following officers were present:-

At the outset, the Minutes of NC-V Meetings No.49/AM-14 held on 20.03.2014 and 50/AM-14 held on 27.03.2014 was taken for ratification. As there were no amendments to the same, the above referred minutes of 20.03.2014 and 27.03.2014 were adopted for implementation by the Committee without any amendment. The agenda for meeting No.01/AM-15 dated 03.04.2014 was taken up for discussion and the decision taken in respect of each case is enumerated below:-
