Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that applicant firm has not furnished any justification and additional information in support of their proposal. The Committee has study the manufacturing process in details and did not agree with the request of applicant firm for 45% wastage. The Committee, therefore, constrained to reject the case. RLA may take suitable consequential action accordingly.

It was decided to defer the case for re-listing on 03.05.2012.

Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that no new facts have been added in the representation by the applicant firm with explaining the variation from the earlier proposal. The item of export and import are the same. In view of above, Committee is unable to finalise the norm in this case. It was, therefore, decided to maintain status quo in this case.
