Limited NC 02/AM-13, dt.19.04.2012 File No.01/84/50/331/AM-12/DES-V Ratification of input output norms in respect of Advance Authorisation No. 0410131978 dated 22.12.2011. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that applicant firm has not furnished any justification and additional information in support of their proposal. The Committee has study the manufacturing process in details and did not agree with the request of applicant firm for 45% wastage. The Committee, therefore, constrained to reject the case. RLA may take suitable consequential action accordingly.

The case stands for re-listing on 17.05.2012.

Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and decided to refer to DC (MSME) for their examination and comments. It was decided to defer the case for re-listing on 03.05.2012.

(21) Case No.42 M/s Finproject India Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur File No.01/84/50/105/AM-12/DES-V Ratification of input output norms in respect of Advance Authorization No.1319935553 dated 06.06.2011. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and went through the details submitted in this case. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that no new facts have been added in the representation by the applicant firm with explaining the variation from the earlier proposal. The item of export and import are the same. In view of above, Committee is unable to finalise the norm in this case. It was, therefore, decided to maintain status quo in this case.

(23) Case No.44 M/s Richa Global Export Pvt. Ltd. File No.01/84/50/27/AM-08/DES-V Ratification of input output norms in respect of Advance Authorization No.0510202680 dated 19.04.2007. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that the size range is between ‘S to 3XL in this case. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that applicant firm has sought clarification that rubberized Synthetics Fabric/ belting fabric being imported for manufacturing of conveyor belting are covered under captioned licence as well as the other advance licences issued under SION application to conveyor belting.

PRO version The Committee after deliberations in consultation with representatives of technical authorities present in the meeting and in the light of written comments of Deptt. of IPP forwarded vide their U.O.No.7/2000/05-TSW, dated 15.1.2007 decided to incorporate clarification note for the SION at Srl. NO.A-1677, A-3170 and A-3171 as under:-

        “The import item i.e. Synthetic Fabric/Fabric Polyester/Nylon Fabric 840 Denier and above also cover EP Belting

Fabric/Rubberized Textile Fabric 840 Denier and above.”

(26) Case No.47 M/s SRF Ltd., Tamil Nadu File No.01/84/50/001/AM-13/DES-V Ratification of input output norms in respect of Advance Authorization No.0410134195 dated 29.02.2012. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and heard Mr. V. Sridhar, Chief Manager – MLT and Mr. N.R. Sridhar, Sr. Executive - MLT present before the NC on behalf of the firm.
