The meeting No.04/AM-15 for the licensing year 2014-15 to consider the cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter-

At the outset, the Minutes of NC-V Meetings No.02/AM-15 for 17.04.2014 and 03/AM-15 for 24.04.2014 were taken up for ratification. As there were no amendments to the same, the above referred minutes of 17.04.2014 and 24.04.2014 were adopted for implementation by the Committee without any amendment. The agenda for meeting No.04/AM-15 dated 01.05.2014 was taken up for discussion and the decision taken in respect of each case is enumerated below:-

(11) Case No.57 M/s Finproject India Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur File No.01/84/50/061/AM-12/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No.1310035189 dated 20.04.2011. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that applicant firm has not provided following information/details in support of their proposal:-
i) Total quantity of Eva Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymers imported so far in all the Licenses procured by applicant firm supported by documentary evidence; ii) Total quantity of Eva Footwear soles exported by applicant firm so far against all the licences. iii) Total quantity of Eva Footwear soles manufactured so far vis-a-vis the quantity of Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymers consumed duly certified by a Chartered Accountant. In case any indigenous raw material has been utilized in the manufacturing process, details of quantity-wise raw material may also be indicated. iv) Quantity of imported Eva Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymers remaining with the applicant firm. v) Calculation sheet supporting the balance quantity of Eva in stock with the applicant firm, for all licences under consideration the quantitative utilization of Eva for manufacturing and export of Eva Footwear sole, wastage incurred in manufacturing process, duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.
The Committee after deliberations decided to ask the applicant firm to provide the above information/details for consideration of the

(12) Case No.58 M/s Ganga Acrowools Ltd., Ludhiana File No.01/84/50/310/AM-14/DES-V Re-fixation of input output norms against Advance Authorization No.3010098890 dated 16.01.2014. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and decided to refer to Deptt. of Chemicals & Petro-chemicals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizer for their examination and comments. It was decided to defer the case for re-listing on 29.05.2014.
(13) Case No.59 M/s Flexion Imaging Solutions P. Ltd., Tamil Nadu File No.01/84/50/281/AM-14/DES-V Re-fixation of input output norms against Advance Authorization No.0410151822 dated 11.11.2013. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that applicant firm has not provided any fresh documents to consider the case further. Therefore, the Committee after deliberations decided to maintain status quo in this case.
(14) Case No.60 M/s Flexion Imaging Solutions P. Ltd., Tamil Nadu File No.01/84/50/093/AM-14/DES-V Re-fixation of input output norms against Advance Authorization No.0410147180 dated 14.06.2013. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that applicant firm has not provided any fresh documents to consider the case further. Therefore, the Committee after deliberations decided to maintain status quo in this case.

(16) Case No.62 M/s Shahi Exports Pvt. Ltd., Faridabad File No.01/84/171/004/AM-15/DES-V Fixation of input output norms against Annual Advance Authorization No.0710095268 dated 05.07.2013. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and decided to refer to DC(MSME) for their examination and comments. It was decided to defer the case for re-listing on 29.05.2014.
(17) Case No.63 M/s Loyal Textile Mills Ltd., Kovilpatti, Tamil Nadu File No.01/84/50/022/AM-12/DES-V Enhancement of input output norms for export of technical fabrics and garments with flame retardant finish against Advance Authorization No.3510033691 dated 27.04.2011. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that applicant firm has not provided requisite information/details called for vide DGFT’s letter dated 20.03.2014 so far. In view of above, the Committee was unable to finalise the norms and constrained to reject the case. RLA may take suitable consequential action accordingly.
(18) Case No.64 M/s Loyal Textile Mills Ltd., Kovilpatti, Tamil Nadu File No.01/84/162/136/AM-14/DES-V Enhancement of input output norms for export of technical fabrics and garments with flame retardant

Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that the case is under examination of DC(MSME). It was decided to await the same and defer the case for re-listing on 22.05.2014.
