Minutes of NC-V meeting held on 31.10.2013

        The meeting No.30/AM-14 for the licensing year 2013-14 to consider the cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter-

4. was held on 31.10.2013 in Room No.11 of DGFT under the Chairmanship of Shri K.C. Rout, Addl. DGFT. The following officers were present:-

At the outset, the Minutes of NC-V Meetings Nos.28/AM-14, dated 17.10.2013 and 29/AM-14, dated 24.10.2013 was taken for ratification. As there were no amendments to the same, the above referred minutes of 17.10.2013 and 24.10.2013 were adopted for implementation by the Committee without any amendment. The agenda for meeting No.30/AM-14 dated 31.10.2013 was taken up for discussion and the decision taken in respect of each case is enumerated below:-
