Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that the quantity of chemicals has been approved by Norms Committee on the recommendations of the team visited the unit of the applicant firm. Therefore, the Committee did not find any justification to consider the case further and decided to maintain status quo in this case.
