Vide their letter dated 12.11.2014 DC (MSME) has sought some information/details from the firm like CAD/CAM, measurement of each export item , calculation sheet, manufacturing process etc. Since no response of DC (MSME) letter dated 12.11.2014 received from the firm the committee was constrained to reject the case. NC 42//AM-15 dt 19.02.2015 File No.01/84/171/201/AM-15/DES-V Ratification of input output norms in respect of Annual Advance Authorization No. 0510281551 dated 14.01.2010. went through the details submitted in this case. NC 42//AM-15 dt 19.02.2015 | File No.01/84/171/212/AM-15/DES-V Ratification of input output norms in respect of Annual Advance Authorization No. 0510281551 dated 14.01.2010. went through the details submitted in this case. NC 42//AM-15 dt 19.02.2015 File No.01/84/171/190/AM-15/DES-V Ratification of input output norms in respect of Annual Advance Authorization No. 0510376607 dated 20.01.2014. observed that the firm did not furnish justification of higher consumption of fabric and sample of the product. Therefore it was decided to ask the firm for the same and defer the matter for relisting on 19.03.2015. (5)

M/s Nahar Textiles Pvt. Ltd. NC 42//AM-15 dt 19.02.2015 | File No.01/84/171/160/AM-15/DES-V Sw Ib

Ratification of input output norms in respect of Annual Advance Authorization No. 0310628129 dated 26.04.2011. observed that the firm did not furnish justification of higher consumption of fabric, copy of the shipping bills and sample of the product. Therefore it was decided to ask the firm for the same and defer the matter for relisting for 19.03.2015. (6)

Case No.554

M/s Ganga Acrowools Ltd., Ludhiana NC 42//AM-15 dt 19.02.2015 | File No.01/84/50/310/AM-14/DES-V Ratification of input output norms in respect of Advance Authorization No. 310099890 dated 16.01.2014. observed that the matter was earlier examined by the committee in its meeting held on 30.01.2014 assuming the export item in blended ration of item number | and 2. The firm has now clarified that the export product is not by blending of input no. 1&2. The applicant firm has mentioned that both input are used separately and resultant product is exported in separate lot. They have requested for 11 % wastage in both inputs. The Dyes and Chemicals shall be restricted in terms of General Note 5 for Textiles products. The R.A. shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions. (7)

M/s Everest Tannery Pvt. Ltd NC 42//AM-15 dt 19.02.2015 File No. 01/84/050/00080/AM15 Re-fixation of input output norms in respect of Advance Authorization No. 0610037301 dated 05.05.2015 observed that the matter is under examination of DIPP. As informed by the representative of the DIPP they have sought comments/views of CLE/CLRI in the matter. The comments of CLE are not received in this case. Therefore it was decided to await the same and defer the case for re- listing on 19.03.2015. Nw I
