The delay in fulfilling our export obligation was primarily due to a significant slowdown in demand for our products in the international market, compounded by the global economic downturn and geopolitical factors such as the Russia-Ukraine and lsrael-Hamas conflicts. As a result, our buyer had to cancel previously confirmed orders and was unable to place new ones during the initial and extended Export Obligation Period (EOP). However, we are pleased to inform you that our buyer has recently resumed placing orders, albeit gradually and strictly in line with current demand, as they are avoiding inventory build-up. We are confident that with the orders currently in hand, we will be able to fulfill the remaining export obligation within the further extended period. Subject: Extension of EOP against Advance Authorization No. 0511021783 dated 30/10/2023.

We are reputed exporters of tyres used for Agricultural and Industrial purposes. One of the inputs is covered under appendix 4J. EO for this license was valid upto 30.04.2025 and upto 30.10.2025 with two EO extensions of three months each permitted as per exim policy. We had applied to CLA, New Delhi for EO extension for 6 months vide Online File No 05AJ04003048AM26 dated 14.08.2025. Copy of our online application attached. Our request for EO extension is still under process. As the endorsement of EO extension was getting delayed and our consignment was ready and our buyer was insisting for early dispatch, we shipped our last shipment against this license on 07.11.2025, without waiting for endorsement of EO Extension. Thus there was a delay of 7 days after the permissible two EO extensions of three months each. We in-fact could have completed the EO within the EOP if 2 extensions of 3 months each were endorsed earlier on the license. The unutilized 9.11MT of Natural Rubber was available with us and was fully consumed in the last export. We were not able to fulfill the EO in time as some of our main buyers started sourcing our product from China. We were able to convince them to buy again from us after a

We are the holder of AA No. 1011001699 dated 05.04.2023 with second EOP expired on 05.10.2025. Despite having taken the 2 allowed extensions, we are facing challenges in fulfilling our export obligation. We are writing to request an extension of the EOP for further 6 months and to enable us to complete export commitment. We would like to highlight the reasons for the delay: Change in Partnership: A significant change in the business partnership structure occurred on 29.07.2024. which led to a temporary disruption in management and operational decision- making processes. Operation Shutdown of Factory/Packing Centre: Consequent to the partnership change, our designated packing center had to cease operations temporarily for restructuring and relocation of the facility to a new packing center. Logistical Disruptions: The process of shifting the packing center and resuming operations at the new location (or after restructuring) caused unavoidable logistical delays in the production and shipment schedules. We confirm that the unutilized importedldomestically procured inputs under the said authorization are currently available with us and are securely maintained. As a One Star Export House, we have cleared all other advance licenses and are committed to fulfilling our obligations. We request the Committee to grant us an extension to enable us to complete the export obligation. We assure you that we will comply with all regulations and guidelines.

Subject: Extension of EOP against Advance Authorization No. 3411003317 dated 03/02/2023.

We are writing to formally request an extension of the closure date for our export license 3411003317 dated 03-02-2023, originally due for closure on (Original Closure Date). The reason for this request is due to unforeseen circumstances with our end export customer, who has temporarily postponed the receipt of our rotor blades. This delay is attributed to a slowdown in their operational requirements, compounded by ongoing climate & geopolitical issues affecting their region. As a result, the shipment and fulfillment timeline under the current license has been impacted beyond our control. Subject: Extension of EOP against Advance Authorization No. 0511015004 dated 26/09/2022.

We have taken an Advance Authorisation No. 0511015004 dated 26.09.2022. The Initial export obligation period of the said AA was for 18 months till 26.03.2024. We have taken the 6 months EOP extension as per provisions of FTP/HBP till 26.09.2024. We were also eligible for 2nd EOP extension for 6 months till 26.03.2025 as per provisions of FTP/HBP. We have completed 99.10% exports and there is balance of only 00.90% of exports obligation in quantity terms. We have also achieved more than 280% positive value addition as per statement of exports and imports enclosed. However due to some mistake in calculation of exports obligations quantity and actual exports done by our documentation staff we completed 435.99 MT exports (99.10%) and some balance remains for 3.96 MT (0.90%) . The Balance exports is very small quantity as compared to exports completed and we could also complete the same within initial/extended validity of EOP. But due to some miscalculation we have not done it as we thought that we have completed the same. We came to know this fact at the time of filing of redemption application to RA. Then we realized that due to some calculation mistake there is shortfall of around 0.90% obligation. We have enough export orders in hand and will complete the balance exports obligation of 0.90% in the next 6 months after getting your approval.
