Party Name: INMARCO INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED 19.01.2012 Status: Rejected HQ File :01/84/050/00292/AM12/ RLA File :03/94/040/00683/AM12/ Lic.No/Date:0310664311 09.11.2011 Reject Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that separate names of the products have been given in the export side and weight of the products have not been given. Chartered Engineer certificate has been provided which does not give the composition of export items. Chartered Engineer certificate reveals that export are various type i.e. Kevlar Aramid yarn, single yarn etc. Obviously, there are various types of Export and Import items. In view of above, the Committee was unable to finalise the norms and constrained to reject the case. RLA may take suitable consequential action accordingly.

M/s Tozai Safety Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi File No.01/84/50/163/AM-12/DES-V Re-fixation of input output norms against Advance Authorisation No. 0210163118 dated 27.07.2011. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and went through the details submitted in this case. Based on the sample present by Shri Sushil Goenka, representative of the applicant firm in personal hearing, the import item was allowed @ 0.26 sq. meter per pair. Since this import item is of GSM-390, the ad-hoc norm is 0.121 gms in KG term. The import in item No.3 was allowed @ 0.22 sq. meter per pair. GSM of this import item is 800 and in KG term, the ad-hoc norm is 0.275 kg per pair. Therefore, the Committee has decided not to change its decision in KG term or in sq. meter term and decided to maintain status quo in this case. (12)

The Committee observed that applicant firm has not furnished any additional information except quoting of SION number. Without requisite information, the Committee could not consider the proposal and decided to maintain status quo in this case.

Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that applicant firm have not given drawing, design, calculation sheet CAD/CAM, size-wise measurement and furnished the application in incorrect format. In absence of which, it is not possible to compute the requirement of inputs for the export product asked for. In view of this, Committee was constrained to reject the case. RLA may take suitable consequential action accordingly.

The applicant firm neither mentioned the style number nor enclosed the single style sheet, CAD/CAM, measurement of product. Therefore, the Committee decided to maintain status quo in this case. It was decided to defer the case for re-listing on 16.02.2012.

The Committee observed that under SION J-56, J- 57, the export product is non-woven fusible coated interlining and under SION J-370, the export product is fabric. From the sample, the export product seems to be disposable garments and not fabric or interlining. Therefore, the export product does not cover under these SION. The Committee suggested applicant firm that after giving the exact description of export products, the firm may apply for fixation of ad-hoc input output norms.
