It was also informed that CCE Kandla has filed SLP against the aforesaid order dt. 02.05.2013 of Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat. The committee decided that necessary action may be initiated in consultation with Ministry of Law for impleading the office of DGFT in the aforesaid SLP and obtaining a stay against order dt. 02.05.2013 of Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat in SLP no. 204 of 2011 and 3031 of 2011. Further course of action shall be decided on receipt of the final orders from the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
