Now, Committee felt that this calculation should be done on the basis of weight of coated fabric. Accordingly, case has been referred to the representative of DC (MSME) for their recalculation and comments. It was decided to defer the case for re-listing on 07.07.2011.

Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and decided to call for data sheet of Tanaprint ST 160 Xtrme and their Chemical characterisation, Chemical preparation, application procedure and recipe of the same from applicant firm. It was therefore decided to defer the case for re-listing on 07.07.2011.

Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that firm have not submitted complete justification alongwith details viz., CAD, CAM, drawing, design, calculation sheet, measurement to compute the requirement to input asked for in this case. It was therefore decided to withdraw this case from agenda. Firm may be advised that their case can be considered only when the required documents/details referred above are submitted by them.
