Tamil Nadu F.NO.1/84/50/466/AM09 -DES-V Ratification of input output norms in respect of Advance Authorization No. 0410102678 dt. 04.03.2009 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol1) 2004-2009. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and heard Sh. M.Krishnamurthy, an authorized representative of the firm, who appeared for personal hearing in this case. He explained the case alongwith a sample of cubelite but was unable to justify the quantitative requirement of synthetic fabric separately for each size of export item. The Committee felt that without mentioning specific width of the export item, wastage cannot be worked out appropriately. Representative also informed that since, last 3 years, they are getting their advance authorization on the same pattern. In view of this Committee decided to advise the
PRO version representative of the firm to submit the details of all advance authorizations issued in past alongwith details wherein they stopped to mention the width. It was also advised to submit the consumption/production data of last 3 years duly certified by Chartered Engineer. Thus, Committee, decided to re-look all the past decisions of NC and defer the case for re-listing on 03.12.2009.

Tamil Nadu F.NO.1/84/50/173/AM09 -DES-V Ratification of input output norms in respect of Advance Authorization No. 0410096702 dt. 24.06.2008 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol1) 2004-2009. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and heard Sh. M.Krishnamurthy, an authorized representative of the firm, who appeared for personal hearing in this case. He explained that this case has already been ratified by NC in its meeting held on 14.08.2008 but there is some calculation mistake in the Qty. allowed therein. In view of this, Committee decided to re-look the decision taken in this case earlier alongwith other cases of the firm and defer the case for re-listing on 03.12.2009.

M/s Chelsea Mills, New Delhi F.NO.1/84/50/233/AM07 -DES-V Ratification of input output norms in respect of Advance Authorization No. 010188726 dt. 17.08.2006 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol1) 2004-2009. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that norms have already been fixed in this case and firm have requested for enhancement in the Qty. The Committee after deliberations in consultation with representatives of technical authorities present in the meeting felt that there is no scope to review the earlier decision. Hence, decided to reject the request of the firm. Firm may be informed accordingly.

this case, the process of converting fibre into yarn is involved. Further, applicant firm have mentioned ‘Nylon 66
Stable fibre’ whereas the correct word should be Nylon 66 Staple fibre’. The Committee after detailed
