The Committee after deliberations in consultation with the representatives of technical authorities present in the meeting felt that since the import item is raw silk, norms may be finalized taking cue from SION, J-124. PRO version Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that this case was earlier decided by NC as per written comments of DC (MSME) with condition that the GSM should match in both import & export. But now firm have requested that above condition of GSM does not apply in this case, hence deleted. The Committee after deliberations in consultation with the representatives of technical authorities present in the meeting felt that since in this case export item is patchwork shirt, therefore the GSM of import & export cannot match in this case. In view of this Committee decided to delete the GSM condition in this case. The R.A. shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions.

M/s Orient Fashion Exports Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi NC No.38/AM11 F.No.01/84/50/772/AM06/DES-V Dated 16.12.2010 Re-fixation of input output norms in respect of Advance Authorization No.0510177949 dated 03.03.2006. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that this case was earlier decided by NC as per written comments of DC (MSME) but there was some typographical error in the minutes. The Committee after deliberations decided to rectify the error as mentioned below: - (i) The style no. of Infant Top shot mentioned against export item No. 1 & 2 may be corrected to read as 392348 instead of 392145. (ii) In the import item S.No. 1, 2 & 3, GSM- 79+/-10% was wrongly mentioned, the same may be corrected to read as GSM- 115+/-10%.

The R.A. shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions.
