Communications in respect of cases/pertaining to NC-ll may be sent to email address: nc2.dqft@nic.in In certain cases the decision of the Norms committee refers to the Recommendations/ Observations/ Deficiencies received from the concemed Technical Authority. Wherever applicable, a scanned copy of such document has been placed at the end of the Minutes, in running serial orders. The concemed firm,/company may go through the same and respond accordingly. Similarly, a scanned copy of the blank Standard Deficiency Format, which may find a reference in NC decisions, has also been attached in the end. This may also be referred to by the concemed firm/company and may be responded accordingly. The Norms Committee has taken decision only with respect to technical aspecUwastage norms. While redeeming the applications, RAs should check that the applicant has fulfilled all requirements as prescribed in policy/procedure including those in policy Circulars No. 50/2009-2014 (RE 2010) dated 28th December, 2011, Policy Circular No 14(RE‐2012/2009‐ 14, dated 4■ FcbruO, 2013 and O.M. 01/92/180/Misc./AM 13/PC‐ V1/10 dated 15.04.2014 or any other provisiOns FTP/HBP for EODC.
