MEETING NUMBER : 33/82­ALC4/2011 MEETING DATE : 15.11.2011 The Meeting No.33/82 in the year 2011­12 to consider the cases under Duty Exemption Scheme (Chapter­4) of Foreign Trade Policy, 2009­14 pertaining to products falling in Chapter 29 and 30 was  held on 15.11.2011 under the Chairmanship of Addl DGFT, Shri V.K. Gupta in his chamber.   Following members were present:­ 1.      Shri Pramod Bharti, Asstt. Director, DC(MSME) 2.      Shri Jasbir Singh, Consultant, Department of C&PC 3.      Shri D.N. Mathur, Consultant, Department of Pharmaceuticals 4.       Shri D. Dwaraka Nath, DDG 5.      Shri Shyam Lal, FTDO   At the outset, minutes of Norms Committee Meeting No.32/82 dated 08.11.2011  were ratified by the Committee.
