MEETING NUMBER : 17/82ALC4/2011 MEETING DATE : 26.07.2011 The Meeting No.17/82 in the year 201112 to consider the cases under Duty Exemption Scheme (Chapter4) of Foreign Trade Policy, 200914 pertaining to products falling in Chapter 29 and 30 was held on 26.07.2011 under the Chairmanship of Addl DGFT, Shri V.K. He further mentioned that they have sought reasonable quantity of inputs which was supported by the technical authorities. After detailed deliberations and in consultation with technical authority present in meeting, Committee decided to regularize the above three advance licences as per decision of NC taken in 45/07 meeting held on 21.02.2007 under para 4.7 of HBP.
