MEETING NUMBER : 22/82­ALC4/2013 MEETING DATE : 20.02.2014 but actually held on 05.03.2014   The Meeting No. 22/82 of 2013­14 to consider the cases/issues under Duty Exemption Scheme (Chapter­4) of Foreign Trade Policy, 2009­14 pertaining to products  and falling under Chapter 29 and 30 was held on 20.02.2014 but actually held on 05.03.2014 under the Chairmanship of, Shri Jaikant Singh, Addl DGFT in Room No.11, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi.   Following members were present:­   1.     Shri D.N. Mathur. Consultantr, Department of Pharmaceutical 2.       Shri Jasbir Singh, Consultantr, Department of C&PC 3.     Shri R.C. Meena, Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade 4.     Dr. Nitin Jain D/o Biotechnology   1.     Since no communication /comments were received from any of the Administrative Departments. The minutes of the meeting held on 13.02.2014 was treated as approved. 2.     The following cases/issues were discussed and the committee took the decision as mentioned against the case:
