Para 4.7 Decision(DRAFT)
The Meeting No. 15/82 of 201314 to consider the cases/issues under Duty Exemption Scheme (Chapter4) of Foreign Trade Policy, 200914 pertaining to products falling under Chapter 29 and 30 was held on 12.11.2013 under the Chairmanship of, Shri Jaikant Singh, Addl DGFT in Room No.11, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi. Following members were present: 1. Shri D.N. Mathur. Consultantr, Department of Pharmaceutical 2. Shri Jasbir Singh, Consultantr, Department of C&PC 3. Shri R.C. Meena, Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade 1. Since no communication /comments were received from any of the Administrative Departments. The minutes of the meeting held on 29.10.2013 was treated as approved. 2.
