M/s. Fermenta Biotech Limited Mee�ng no. 6/AM 14 01/82/162/128/AM 13/DES III Dated 13.06.2013 Decision: It was decided to remind the firm to furnish following technical details:  a) 2,4,6‐Colidine is not required from the cholesteryl stage. Technical jus�fica�on for applying this.  b) The firm has given the chemistry again from chloesteryl Acetate whereas they have applied cholesterol as star�ng material.  The firm may, therefore, be advised to furnish complete technical details as per Appendix 33 from Cholesterol Stage.  © Recovery of Chloestrol in the process may be quani�fied along with copy of relevant technical literature.  Copy of Post produc�on vis‐à‐vis actual consump�on of inputs duly cer�fied by Central Excise Authority maybe furnished.  The case was deferred for 11.07.2013..
