MEETING NUMBER : 17/82­ALC4/2013 MEETING DATE : 05.12.2013 Actually held on 12.12.2013 The Meeting No. 17/82 of 2013­14 to consider the cases/issues under Duty Exemption Scheme (Chapter­4) of Foreign Trade Policy, 2009­14 pertaining to products falling under Chapter 29 and 30 was held on 12.12.2013 under the Chairmanship of, Shri Jaikant Singh, Addl DGFT in Room No.11, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi.   Following members were present:­   1.     Shri D.N. Mathur. Consultantr, Department of Pharmaceutical 2.       Shri Jasbir Singh, Consultantr, Department of C&PC 3.     Shri R.C. Meena, Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade 4.     Shri Manoj Kumar,  (MSME) 5.     Dr. Nitin Jain D/o Biotechnology   1.     Since no communication /comments were received from any of the Administrative Departments. The minutes of the meeting held on 02.12.2013 was treated as approved. 2.     The following cases/issues were discussed and the committee took the decision as mentioned against the case:
