In exercise of powers conferred under Para 4.10 of HBP v 1, the Committee decided to revise the norms of Acetonitrile under Para 4.7 of HBP v1 from 1.856 kg to 9.699 kg. Rest of the minutes would remain same. It was also clarified that these norms are for regularization purpose and no import/export will be permitted. No repeat license would be issued based on these norms. RA may take appropriate action as per the decision of Norms Committee.
