Committee – 3 in its Meeting No. NC/3/MEET/Oct/202122/10
dated 12.11.2021

Decision: Further, the Committee took one more case (out of agenda) in which it was observed that earlier the norms for this Advance Authorization were wrongly worked out on the basis of 125 mg and 250 mg of Hydrochlorothiazide per Tablet with 2% wastage as per SION A-412. However, it is now observed that as per DML, the content of Hydrochlorothiazide is 12.5 mg in Export item No. 1 and 2 and 25 mg per Tablet in Export item No. 3. Accordingly, it was decided to revise the adhoc norms as under::

Sl. Export product Qty. Sl. Import items Qty.
