PRO version NC has decided this case in its meeting held on 22.11.2007 as per the description of export item mentioned in the application of the advance authorization in question. Hence, R.A may decide this case on merits taking into consideration the factual position as mentioned in the application. Such case should not been referred to NC.

The Committee after detailed deliberations in consultation with representatives of technical authorities present in the meeting and decided to allow the input against the export item No. 2 as applied by the firm in this case i.e. 3.00 Sq.Mtrs. per piece. The export product No.2 is also amended to read as ‘Ladies Shirt’ instead of ‘Ladies Skirt’. The Committee also amended the input against EP-1 as 2.68 Sq. Mtrs. per piece instead of 2.31 Sq. Mtrs. per piece.
