Case No.63 M/s V & S International Pvt. Limited, Gurgoan. NC No.13/AM12 F.No.01/84/162/585/AM08/DES-V Dated 30.06.2011 Re-fixation of input output norms against advance authorisation No. 0510207141 dated 03.08.2007. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other papers and observed that export Qty. is in sets and import items asked for in Sq mtrs. The Committee decided to refer the case to DC (MSME) for their examination and comments. It was therefore decided to defer the case for re-listing on 28.07.2011.

Case No.64 M/s Superhouse Ltd., Kanpur NC No.13/AM12 Pt. F.No.01/84/50/531/AM07/DES-V Dated 30.06.2011 Ratification of input output norms against advance authorisation No. 0610011781 dated 28.02.2007. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other papers and observed that this case has already been cleared by ALC in its meeting held on 24.05.2007 by allowing 5% wastage and clearly mentioning GSM condition. Now, firm’s plea that artificial leather cloth has no GSM is not correct, hence, cannot be acceded to in this case. Therefore, Committee decided to advise R.A to finalise the case accordingly. Firm may be informed accordingly. Case No.65 M/s Stalwart Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., Gurgoan NC No.13/AM12 F.No.01/84/50/371/AM11/DES-V Dated 30.06.2011 Ratification of input output norms against advance authorisation No. 0510285048 dated 03.03.2011. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda & other relevant papers and went through the details/information submitted by the firm. The Committee after deliberations in consultation with the representatives of technical authorities present in the meeting decided to ratify the adhoc norms against Advance authorization
