The Committee observed that firm have not given the solid content of Natural Rubber Latex and Synthetic Rubber Latex in absence of which requirement of inputs cannot be computed. However, after detailed deliberations in consultation with the representatives of technical authorities present in the meeting, it was decided to ratify the Advance authorization issued in this case as detailed below: - (1) The items of import at S.No. 1, 2 and 3 may be allowed as applied by the firm; (2) The items of import at S.No. 4 and 6 may not be allowed; (3) The items of import at S.No. 5, 7, 8, 9,10, 11 and 12 may be restricted to 14% of FOB value within the overall CIF value in this A/A in terms of licence in terms of General Note for Textiles at S.No.5.
The Regional Authority shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions.

M/s. Star Wire (India) Ltd. NC 08/09 dt. 22.05.2008 F.No. 01/84/162/83/AM-09/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No. 0510187337 dt. 24.07.2006 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009. Decision:- The Committee considered the case as per agenda and observed that a similar case has already been cleared on 15.6.2006 based on the written comments furnished by the TC, Mumbai. Accordingly, Committee approved the case on repeat basis by allowing import item @ 6.0 sq.mtrs/pc. The GSM of the fabric shall be maintained both on the export and import side and the firm has to produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Department of Defence Production & Supplies to RLA before effecting exports.

M/s. Shubh Swasan India Pvt. Ltd., Chennai. F.No. 01/84/50/189/AM-08/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No. 0410091472 dt. 11.10.2007. RLA, Chennai. Ref. No.04/24/40/233/AM08. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and in consultation with representatives of technical authorities present in the meeting decided to delete amendment of description of export product mentioned in earlier decision of NC taken on 20.03.2008 as requested by the firm. The R.A. shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions.
Case No.113
M/s.Nirvan Clothing Company Ltd. F.No. 01/84/50/510/AM-05/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No. 0510147346 dt. 31.12.2004. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and heard Sh. E.Baburaj, Director and of the firm, who appeared for personal hearing in this case. The Committee, after detailed deliberations in consultation with representatives of technical authorities present in the meeting observed that in this case firm have requested for fixation of norms for Ladies Blouse, Ladies Shirts & Girls shirts instead of Children shirts. The Committee observed that export products are already covered under SION and NC has no role to play in this case. R.A may finalise this case as per existing Policy/Procedure. Firm may be informed accordingly.
Case No.114
M/s. Apex League F.No. 01/84/162/400/AM-04/DES-V Grant of EODC in respect of Advance Authorization No.0510021436 dated 07.07.2000 and No. 0510040418 dt. 23.07.2001. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda and observed that in respect of A/A No. 0510040418 dt. 23.07.2001, NC has already advised R.A to issued EODC in its meeting held on 27.03.2008 as per GSM calculation submitted by the firm. As regards A/A No.0510021436 dated 07.07.2000, Committee also perused the export data sheet and calculation of GSM made thereon submitted by the firm and found correct. Accordingly in consultation with the representatives of technical authorities present in the meeting, it was decided to accept the GSM calculation and to advise R.A to issue EODC to the firm as per GSM calculation submitted against A/A No.0510021436 dated 07.07.2000. As regards the issue of clubbing these A/A, Committee decided to advise R.A to take necessary action as deemed fit. A compliance report in the matter may be sent to DGFT office.
