The firm has requested for issue of NOC for import of Bromofluoromethane in terms of Policy Circular No.52 dated 06.01.2009. It was also observed that NOC for import of 10 kgs. Of Bromofluoromethane has been received from Ministry of Environment and Forests vide their O.M. No.11/2/2011OC dated 23.02.2011. Committee, after detailed deliberations and in consultation of technical authority present in meeting, decided to grant “NOC” to the firm for import of Bromofluoromethane to the extent of 10 kgs. against both the advance authorizations.
