Minutes of the Norms Committee-II Meeting No. 45/08 held on
05.02.2008.
The Meeting No.45/08 of Norms Committee-II was held on 05.02.2008 for
the licensing year 2007-2008 under the Chairmanship of Joint Director General
of Foreign Trade (OPH) to consider the applications under Duty Exemption
Scheme (Chapter-4) of Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009. The following members

their manufacturing.
In case there are more changes in the requirement of raw materials, then detailed justification for wastages claimed may be furnished for these raw materials also.
In any case information as per point no. 4,5 & 11 of SDF may be obtained from the firm.
