Senior Manager of Appellant Company Mr. Vinod Parekh request for withdrawal of these appeals on the ground that they have already complied with the order of the Commissioner passed in Order-in- Original dated 16.04.2015, to which effect they have also filed withdrawal applications of the respective Appellants.

Learned Authorised Representative is present. He has no objection to such withdrawal.

Accordingly we dismiss all these five appeals as withdrawn.
