Minutes of the Norms Committee-II Meeting No. 36/08 held on 04.12.2007.
The Meeting No.36/08 of Norms Committee-II was held on 04.12.2007 for the licensing year 2007-2008 under the Chairpersonship of Additional Director General of Foreign Trade (MDK) to consider the applications under Duty Exemption Scheme (Chapter-4) of Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009.   1. The item of import item No. 18, 19 & 145 may be allowed as 1 m/meter content of cable of relevant specification.
  2. Spares if any may be segregated and allowed as per the Policy for spares.
  3. Other items being components may be allowed on net to net basis.
  4. Wherever the items are imported as kits, Name & quantities of the items in the kits may be obtained and incorporated in the list.

R/A may take suitable consequential action accordingly.
