कायवृ; के संबंध म1 िदनांक 07.06.2022 के अनुमोदन प( सं=या
SEEPZ/NEWSEZ/JNPT-SEZ/SGPGPL/17/2021-22 म1 सुधार के )लए मेसस
एसजी फामा का आवेदन (ता)लका एज1डा मद सं=या 2)।
इकाई ने 28.04.2022 को आयो4जत अनुमोदन सिम6त क/ बैठक के कायवृ; के संबंध म1 िदनांक
07.06.2022 के अनुमोदन प( म1 सुधार का  ?ताव िदया।
 
बैठक म1 इकाई के  6तिन6ध ने अनुरोध िकया िक उह1 िदनांक 07.06.2022 के उसी एलओए म1
िविनमाण और Uयापार ग6तिव6ध क/ अनुम6त दी जाए।
िवचार-िवमश के दौरान, यूिनट को यह सू6चत िकया गया िक लेखांकन और िनगरानी म1 किठनाई के कारण
दोनA ग6तिव6धयA को एक ही एलओए म1 मंजूरी नह7 दी जा सकती "यAिक दोनA अलग-अलग ऑपरेशन हW।
उह1 यह भी बताया गया िक एलओए क/ वैधता 06.06.2023 को समाX हो गई थी और उहAने
िव?तार के )लए आवेदन नह7 िकया था और इकाई क/ ?थापना के )लए कोई  ि@या नह7 क/ थी।
सिम6त ने कहा िक यिद उहAने वैध कारणA से िव?तार के )लए आवेदन नह7 िकया है तो उनके एलओए
को समाX माना जा सकता है।
इकाई के  6तिन6ध ने िविनमाण और Uयापार उYेZयA के )लए अलग-अलग एलओए देने का अनुरोध िकया।
जहां तक  एलओए क/ वैधता क/ समािX का संबंध है, वे देरी को माफ करने और वैधता के िव?तार के )लए
अनुरोध  ?तुत कर1गे।
 
Agenda Item No. 02 : Application of M/s. SG Pharma for
correction in the Letter of Approval No. SEEPZ/NEWSEZ/JNPT-
SEZ/SGPGPL/17/2021-22 dated 07.06.2022 w.r.t. Minutes of
Meeting of Approval Committee held on 28.04.2022 (Table
agenda item No.2)
 
The unit proposed correction in the Letter of Approval dated
07.06.2022 with respect to Minutes of Meeting of Approval Committee
held on 28.04.2022.
 
The representative of the unit in the meeting requested that they may
be granted Manufacturing and Trading Activity in the same LOA dated
07.06.2022.
 
During the deliberation, it was informed to the unit that both the
activities cannot be granted in single LOA due to difficulty in
accounting & monitoring as the two are different operations.
 
It was also informed them that the validity of the LOA had expired on
06.06.2023 and they had not applied for extension and had not
undertaken any process for setting up of the unit.
 
The Committee noted that their LOA may be considered as lapsed, if
they had not applied for extension with valid reasons.
 
The representative of the unit requested to grant separate LOA for
Manufacturing and Trading purposes. As regards expiry of the validity
of LOA they will submit the request for condonation of delay and
extension of validity.
 
िनणय:- सिम6त ने इकाई को देरी को माफ करने और एलओए क/ वैधता के िव?तार के साथ-साथ
िविनमाण और Uयापार ग6तिव6ध के )लए अलग एलओए के अनुरोध के )लए एक प(  ?तुत करने का
िनद[श िदया।
 
 
सिम6त ने  ासंिगक द?तावेजA के साथ आवेदन जमा करने के अधीन Uयापारक ग6तिव6ध के )लए अलग
एलओए जारी करने के अनुरोध पर िवचार करने का िनणय )लया।
 
Decision:- The Committee directed the unit to submit a letter
requesting condonation of delay and for extension of validity of LOA as
well as request for separate LOA for Manufacturing and Trading
Activity.
 
The Committee decided to consider the request for issue of separate
LOA for trading activity subject to submission of application along with
relevant documents.
 
कायसूची मद सं=या 03: ट\े]डग और वेयरहाउ^सग ग6तिव6धयA के )लए मे. जेएनपीए एसईजेड म1 नई
इकाई क/ ?थापना के )लए मे. शाह टीसी _लोबल ए>"ज़म एलएलपी का आवेदन।
मेसस शाह टीसी _लोबल ए>"ज़म एलएलपी ने एज1डे म1 िदए गए िववरण के अनुसार िवFभ` सि@य
फामा?युिटकल सामिaयA क/  कृ6त म1 ट\े]डग और वेयरहाउ^सग ग6तिव6धयA के )लए जेएनपीए-एसईजेड म1
एक नई इकाई ?थािपत करने के )लए आवेदन िकया था। 3000 वग फुट का 'े(फल, 4जसम1
2685.00 लाख bपये के िनयात का एफओबी मूय, 1707.50 लाख bपये का एफई Uयय और 12
(10 पुbष एवं 02 मिहलाएं) लोगA के रोजगार सृजन के साथ 5 वषc क/ अव6ध म1 977.50 लाख bपये
का एनएफई शािमल है।
 
 
Agenda Item No. 03: Application of M/s Shah TC Global Exim LLP
for setting up of New Unit at M/s. JNPA -SEZ for Trading and
Warehousing Activities.
 
M/s Shah TC Global Exim LLP had applied for setting up of a new unit
at JNPA-SEZ for Trading and Warehousing Activities in nature of
various Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients as per details in agenda. The
area admeasuring 3000 Sq. Ft., envisaging FOB value of exports of Rs.
2685.00 Lakhs, FE outgo of Rs. 1707.50 Lakhs and NFE of Rs. 977.50
Lakhs over a period of 5 years with employment generation of 12 nos.
(10 Men & 02 Women).

िनणय:- िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम6त ने वेयरहाउस नंबर 1 म1 1500 वग फ/ट और वेयरहाउस नंबर 2
और 4 म1 1500 वग फ/ट पर ट\े]डग यूिनट NSBP-FTWZ, JNPA-SEZ, aाम –सावरखर, तालुका
– उरण, 4जला - रायगढ़ महाराS\ 400707 क/ नई इकाई ?थािपत करने के  ?ताव को मंजूरी शतc के
अधीन दे दी िक आवेदक कंपनी यूनतम 25% (जैसा िक बैठक के दौरान उनके 2ारा  6तबeता Uय,
क/ गई थी) िनयात करेगी और िनद[श सं=या 117 िदनांक 24.09.2024 के अनुपालन के अधीन
होगी।
 
 
सह-डेवलपर को एक न"शा  ?तुत करने का िनद[श िदया गया था 4जसम1 यूिनट को आवंिटत क/ जाने
वाली सटीक जगह और अनुमोदन सिम6त क/ मंजूरी के िबना िकसी भी अ6धकृत संचालन के )लए यूिनट
2ारा उपयोग क/ जाने वाली कोई अय जगह न हो।
 
आवेदक को वेयरहाउ^सग के िकसी भी संचालन से पहले सभी aाहकA के केवाईसी को पूरा करने के )लए
िनद[Fशत िकया गया था।
 
Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal
for setting up of new unit of Trading unit at 1500 Sq. Ft. in warehouse
No.1 and 1500 Sq. ft. warehouse no. 4 at Warehouse no.2 & 4, NSBP-
FTWZ, JNPA-SEZ, Village-Sawarkhar, Taluka-Uran, District-Raigad,
Maharashtra-400707 subject to the condition that the applicant
company shall carry out minimum Export of 25% (as committed by
them during the meeting) and subject to compliance of Instruction No.
117 dated 24.09.2024.
 
The Co-Developer was directed to submit a map showing the exact
space being allotted to the unit and no other space to be utilized by the
unit for any of the authorized operations without approval of Approval
Committee.
 
The applicant was further directed to subject the KYC of all clients
before undertaking any operations of warehousing.

अ&शया लॉ4ज>?ट"स सgवसेज  ाइवेट )लिमटेड का aाहक है। )लिमटेड, पनवेल ने अ&शया
एफटीडfयूजेड से जेएनपीए-एनएसबीपी एफटीडfयूजेड म1 माल के ह?तांतरण का  ?ताव िदया है।
 
 
Agenda Item No. 04: Request for transfer of goods from Arshiya
FTWZ to JNPA-NSBP FTWZ.
 
M/s. Global Power Source PTE Ltd. and M/s Goodpack IBC (Singapore)
PTE Limited a client of M/s Arshiya Logistics Services Pvt. Ltd., Panvel
has proposed the transfer of goods from Arshiya FTWZ to JNPA-NSBP
FTWZ.
िनणय:- िवचार-िवमश के बाद सिम6त ने मेसस के  ?ताव को मंजूरी दे दी। अ&शया एफटीडfयूजेड से
जेएनपीए-एनएसबीपी एफटीडfयूजेड तक माल के ह?तांतरण के )लए _लोबल पावर सोस पीटीई )लिमटेड
और मेसस गुडपैक आईबीसी (^सगापुर) पीटीई )लिमटेड इस शत के अधीन हW िक माल को िनवारक
अनुर'ण के तहत ?थानांतरत िकया जाएगा और एस.ओ इसक/ िनगरानी करेगा और सुिन6hत करेगा िक
सामान को जीआईएस  णाली के साथ लगे जीपीएस स'म वाहन ट\ैiकग 4स?टम म1 ?थानांतरत िकया
जाता है।
 
 
यह अनुम6त अ&शया एफटीडfयूजेड म1 मौजूदा लॉ4ज>?ट"स मुYA के कारण एकमुZत उपाय के प म1 दी
गई है।
 
 
Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of
M/s. Global Power Source PTE Ltd. and M/s Goodpack IBC (Singapore)
PTE Limited for transfer of goods from Arshiya FTWZ to JNPA-NSBP
FTWZ subject to the condition that the goods will be transferred under
preventive escort and S.O will supervise and will ensure that the goods
are transferred in a GPS enabled vehicle tracking system mounted with
GIS system.
 
This permission is granted as a onetime measure due to existing
logistics issues at Arshiya FTWZ.
 
कायसूची मद सं=या 05: मेसस जेएनपीए-एसईजेड म1 वेयरहाउ^सग के )लए नई इकाई क/ ?थापना के
)लए मेसस ?कोप लॉ4ज>?ट"स सgवसेज  ाइवेट )लिमटेड का आवेदन।
मैसस ?कोप लॉ4ज>?टक सgवसेज  ाइवेट )लिमटेड ने 5000 वग मीटर के 'े( म1 वेयरहाउ^सग के )लए
जेएनपीए-एसईजेड एनएसबीपी एफटीडfयूजेड म1 एक नई इकाई ?थािपत करने के )लए आवेदन िकया है।
5 साल क/ अव6ध म1 07 (05 पुbष एवं 02 मिहलाएं) रोजगार सृजन के साथ 550.00 लाख bपये के
िनयात का एफओबी मूय, 15 लाख bपये का एफई आउटगो और 535.00 लाख bपये का एनएफई
क/ परकपना क/ गई है।
 
Agenda Item No. 05: Application of M/s. Scope Logistics Services
Private Limited for setting up of New Unit in M/s. JNPA-SEZ for
Warehousing.
 
M/s. Scope Logistic Services Private Limited have applied for setting up
of a new unit at JNPA-SEZ NSBP FTWZ for Warehousing in the area
admeasuring 5000 Sq. Ft., envisaging FOB value of exports of Rs.
550.00 Lakhs, FE outgo of Rs. 15 Lakhs and NFE of Rs. 535.00 Lakhs
over a period of 5 years with employment generation of 07 nos. (05 Men
& 02 Women).
 
िनणय:- िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम6त ने एज1डे म1 उ4j)खत व?तुओं के )लए भंडारण ग6तिव6धयA के )लए
एक नई इकाई ?थािपत करने के  ?ताव को मंजूरी दे दी और फॉम एफ के अनुसार इस शत के अधीन िक
आवेदक कंपनी आया6तत माल का 50% िनयात करेगी (जैसा िक उनके 2ारा  6तबe था) बैठक) और
िनद[श सं=या 117 िदनांक 24.09.2024 म1 िनधारत िदशािनद[शA और FTWZ के संबंध म1 DC
SEEPZ 2ारा जारी िदशािनद[श का अनुपालन करेगा।
सह-डेवलपर को एक न"शा  ?तुत करने का िनद[श िदया गया था 4जसम1 यूिनट को आवंिटत क/ जाने
वाली सटीक जगह और अनुमोदन सिम6त क/ मंजूरी के िबना िकसी भी अ6धकृत संचालन के )लए यूिनट
2ारा उपयोग क/ जाने वाली कोई अय जगह न हो।
आवेदक को वेयरहाउ^सग के िकसी भी संचालन से पहले सभी aाहकA के केवाईसी को पूरा करने के )लए
िनद[Fशत िकया गया था।
 
Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal
for setting up of a new unit for warehousing activities for items
mentioned in agenda and as per the Form F subject to condition that
the applicant company shall Export 50% of the goods Imported (as
committed by them during the meeting) and shall comply with the
guidelines prescribed in the Instruction No. 117 dated 24.09.2024 and
guideline issued by the DC SEEPZ regarding FTWZ.
 
The Co-Developer was directed to submit a map showing the exact
space being allotted to the unit and no other space to be utilized by the
unit for any of the authorized operations without approval of Approval
Committee.
 
The applicant was further directed to subject the KYC of all clients
before undertaking any operations of warehousing.

?थािपत करने के )लए मे. राइ^जग इं6डया का आवेदन।
मे. राइ^जग इं6डया ने 67423.06 लाख bपये के िनयात के एफओबी मूय क/ परकपना करते हुए
3000 वग फ/ट के 'े( म1 ट\े]डग ग6तिव6ध के )लए जेएनपीए-एसईजेड म1 एक नई इकाई ?थािपत करने के
)लए 05 (03 पुbष और 02 मिहलाएं) रोजगार सृजन के साथ 5 वषc क/ अव6ध म1 64283.44 लाख
bपये और 3139.62 लाख bपये का एनएफई आवेदन िकया था। आवेदक ने केवाईसी  ?तुत क/ और
सिम6त के सम' बताया िक इकाई ?वयं Uयापार कर रही है इस)लए aाहकA के केवाईसी का सवाल ही नह7
उठता।

up a New Trading Unit at NSBP-FTWZ, JNPA-SEZ.
 
M/s. Rising India had applied for setting up of a new unit at JNPA-SEZ
for Trading Activity in the area admeasuring 3000 Sq. Ft., envisaging
FOB value of exports of Rs. 67423.06 Lakhs, FE outgo of Rs. 64283.44
Lakhs and NFE of Rs. 3139.62 Lakhs over a period of 5 years with
employment generation of 05 nos. (03 Men & 02 Women). The applicant
submitted KYC and conveyed in front of Committee that unit himself
doing trading hence clients KYC does not arise.

Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal
for setting up of new unit for trading of items mentioned in agenda and
as per the Form F subject to condition that the applicant company shall
Export 100% of the goods Imported (as committed by them during the
meeting) and shall comply with the guidelines prescribed in the
Instruction No. 117 dated 24.09.2024 and the Guideline issued by
Development Commissioner, SEEPZ.
 
The Co-Developer was directed to submit a map showing the exact
space being allotted to the unit and no other space to be utilized by the
unit for any of the authorized operations without approval of Approval
Committee.
 
The applicant was further directed that if unit does trading on behalf of
other clients than they should submit all KYC undertaking of any
operations of warehouse.

Vide letter dated 21.11.2024, M/s. Nhava Seva Business Park Private Limited 
has conveyed that M/s Fujifilm India Pvt. Ltd. wants to move the cargo from Arshiya 
FTWZ Zone to JNPA Zone (NSBP FTWZ Unit). 
Vide letter dated 20.11.2024, M/s. Fujifilm India Private Limited has stated 
that they are a Japanese Multinational business in India since more than a decade 
now. They are regularly importing Medical equipment, Photographic paper and other 
institutional products in India. They are AEO T-3 certified company. They majorly do 
Medical equipments imports and sales into India. 
Further, they have newly started imports of MRI and CT equipments as well. 
MRI machine comprise 3 major parts i.e. MRI Magnet, Table and Backend which are 
getting imported from different suppliers. They use to bond MRI magnet, table and 
backend at FTWZ and then same being sold to end customer altogether. 
 M/s. Fujifilm India Private Limited has informed that due to running issue at 
Arshiya FTWZ, they have moved MRI magnet and Table shipments at JNPT (DP 
world FTWZ). Also they have inbonded few more Backend and Table shipments into 
Arshiya FTWZ which required to be moved to DP World FTWZ. Details are as

M/s. YR Dynamic Warehousing Services LLP, was granted 
Letter of Approval (LOA) No. SEEPZ/NEWSEZ/JNPT-
SEZ/YRD/20/2021-22/10621 dated 28.06.2022 in respect 
of setting up an SEZ unit for “Services in the nature of 
Warehouse Services” at Plot No. E11, JNPA-SEZ, 
Developed by JNPT, Uran, Navi Mumbai - 400702.  
 
The unit is yet to commence its operation. 
 
The unit has granted 1st extension of validity of LOA for 
further period of 1 year w.e.f. 28.06.2023 to 27.06.2024 in 
terms of Rule 19 (4), of SEZ Rules 2006 due to unit has 
stated that adjudication process took time and there are in 
process of registration of lease deed. 
 
In current Application the following observation has been 
made : 
 
Proposed List of Items submitted by the applicant involves 
warehousing/storage of Perfumes and Toilet Waters, 
Fabrics /Embroidery Fabrics, Woven Fabrics of Noil Silk, 
Plain Woven Fabrics of Cotton, Dyed, Plain Fabrics Cotton 
which are Sensitive in nature. Therefore, the Specified 
Officer needs to examine the items and submit their 
comments. 
 
Vide letter dated 11.10.2024, M/s. Y R Dynamic 
Warehousing Services LLP has stated that their application for 
“Services in the nature of Warehouse and Storage Services (CPC 
code: 742, SAC Code 996729), and Other supporting and Auxiliary
