Agenda Item No. 02: Application of M/s. Huaa Industries India Private Limited (Huaa")
for setting up of a new unit at JNPA SEZ
M/s. Huaa Industries India Private Limited (Huaa") have applied for setting up of
a new unit at JNPA-SEZ for Manufacturing / Services including Export of refurbished
computers, laptops, monitors, hard disk, server, firewall, switches and router, Electrical
and Electronic waste and Scrap Laptop Personal Computer: Computer-Desktop; Hard
Disk: Firewall. Switches, Router; Server; Monitor, Collection, handling, segregation,
dismantling, refurbishing and recycling of electrical and electronic waste and scrap
including their components and spares parts; at admeasuring area 6579 sq.mtrs,
envisaging FOB value of exports of Rs. 2090.00 Lakhs, FE outgo of Rs. 1211.04 Lakhs
and NFE of Rs. 878.96 Lakhs over a period of 5 years with employment generation of 70
nos. (49 Men & 21 Women).
Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee observed that the proposal is deficient on
nature of activities, Balance Sheets, Procurement of goods, Profitability, etc. The
committee directed Specified Officer, JNPA-SEZ to examine proposal before submitting
to meeting. Therefore, the committee deferred the proposal of the applicant for setting
up of a new unit at JNPA-SEZ and directed the applicant to submit revised application
with specific details/documents with justification.
Agenda Item No. 03: Application of M/s. OOCL Logistics (India) Private Limited for
setting up of a new unit at JNPA-SEZ.
M/s. OOCL Logistics (India) Private Limited have applied for setting up of a new
unit in JNPA SEZ for Warehousing and Storage including a) Cargo Handling services, b)
Value Added Services such as MRP Labelling, Customs Brokerage Services, Human
Resource Services, etc. c) Freight Forwarding Services, d) Packaging services (Packing,
Re-Packing, Multi-Unit Packing, Labelling, Re-Labelling, Kitting. Sorting/Assorting.

M/s. Babaji Shivram Carriers Private Limited have applied for setting up of a
new unit in JNPA-SEZ for Warehousing of goods with allied services for the same viz.
Consolidation of cargo, Custom Clearance, Freight Forwarding Service, Packing or re-
packing, Labelling. Re- labelling, Quality Checking and Testing. Transport Services; at
admeasuring area 7855 sq.mtrs, envisaging FOB value of exports of Rs. 2462.40 Lakhs,
FE outgo of Rs. 171.36 Lakhs and NFE of Rs. 2291 04 Lakhs over a period of 5 years
with employment generation of 07 nos. (05 Men & 02 Women).
Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of M/s Babaji
Shivram Carriers Private Limited for setting up of a new unit in JNPA-SEZ for
Warehousing of goods with allied services for the same viz. Consolidation of cargo.

Uran, District Raigad, Maharashtra 400707, envisaging FOB value of exports of Rs.
2462.40 Lakhs, FE outgo of Rs. 171.36 Lakhs and NFE of Rs. 2291.04 Lakhs over a
period of 5 years with employment generation of 07 nos. 105 Men & 02 Women). The
