एक जनश+. !दान क1 थी, अब उहCने जनश+. को वापस
ले +लया है और उह3 वह9 $नगरानी करने के +लए कहा है,
उनके +लए दै$नक आधार पर ही+लयम तापमान क1 $नगरानी
के +लए 8च$कYसा !$त$न8ध भेजना बZत मु[Xकल है� 
Agenda Item No. 02: Application of M/s
Fujifilm India Pvt. Ltd. for movement of the
cargo from Arshiya FTWZ Zone to JNPA
Zone (NSBP FTWZ Unit).  
M/s Fujifilm India Pvt. Ltd. has proposed the
transfer of goods from Arshiya FTWZ Zone to
JNPA 
Zone 
(NSBP 
FTWZ 
Unit). 
The
representative of the Company has stated that
the Helium being used in the MRI machine
requires constant temperature monitoring. 
Earlier M/s Arshiya FTWZ had provided one
manpower to monitor the temperature.  Now
they have withdrawn the manpower and asked
them to monitor there-own.  It is very difficult for
them to send the Medical Representative to
monitor the Helium temperature on daily basis.

म3 माल के हAतांतरण के +लए मेसस फुजी$फ म इं8डया
!ाइवेट +ल8मटेड के !Aताव को इस शत के अधीन मंजूरी दे
द $क माल को $नवारक अनुर)ण के तहत Aथानांतरत
$कया जाएगा और $व$न\द(U अ8धकारी पयवे)ण करेगा�और यह सु$नH]त करेगा $क सामान जीआईएस !णाली के
साथ लगे जीपीएस स)म वाहन ^ै_क(ग +सAटम म3
Aथानांतरत $कया जाए�यह अनुम$त एक बार के उपाय के 
प म3 द गई है� 
Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee
approved the proposal of M/s Fujifilm India
Pvt. Ltd. for transfer of goods from Arshiya
FTWZ to JNPA-NSBP FTWZ subject to the
condition that the goods will be transferred
under preventive escort and Specified Officer
will supervise and will ensure that the goods
are transferred in a GPS enabled vehicle
tracking system mounted with GIS system. 
This permission is granted as a one time
measure.

Warehousing and Services.
M/s. Y R Dynamic Warehousing Services LLP
has applied for setting up of a new unit at
JNPA-SEZ, NSBP FTWZ for Warehousing and
Services in the area admeasuring 8,000 Sq.
Mtrs, envisaging FOB value of exports of Rs.
830.00 in Lakhs, FE outgo of Rs. 33.78 in
Lakhs and NFE of Rs. 796.22 in Lakhs over a
period of 5 years with employment generation
of 110 nos. (77 Men & 33 Women). The
representative of the applicant confirmed that
over 60% of the goods will be exported.

approved the proposal and directed the
applicant company to submit the following:-

iii. Details of export effected during last 5
years.
iv. Details of activity completed in respect
of other LOA issued to the Unit in the
past.
