Agenda Item No. 02: Application of the unit M/s. Krish Food Industry (India) for
approval of Broad Banding of items of manufacture and exports with Revision of export-
import projections for the remaining 2 years of the existing block period i.e. 2023-24 to
2024-25 in the existing LOA of their SEZ unit located at M/s. JNPA – SEZ.
The Unit M/s. Krish Food Industry (India) requested for Broad Banding of
items of manufacture and exports with Revision of export-import projections for the
remaining 2 years of the existing block period i.e. 2023-24 to 2024-25 in the existing
LOA of their SEZ unit.

During the discussion, the unit representative informed that they have plans to
increase 3 to 5 employees.
Decision:- After deliberations, the Committee approved the proposal of the Unit M/s.
Krish Food Industry (India) for Broad Banding of items of manufacture and exports, as
per agenda, with Revision of export-import projections for the remaining 2 years of the
existing block period i.e. 2023-24 to 2024-25 in the existing LOA of their SEZ unit in
terms of Rule 19(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006.
Agenda Item No. 03: Application of the unit M/s. R K Sweet Mars Private Limited for
approval of Broad Banding of items of manufacture and exports with Revision of export-
import projections for the remaining 4 years of the existing block period i.e. 2022-23 to
2026-27 in the existing LOA of their SEZ unit located at M/s. JNPA – SEZ.
The Unit M/s. R K Sweet Mars Private Limited requested for Broad Banding of
items of manufacture and exports with revision of export-import projections for the
remaining 4 years of the existing block period i.e. 2022-23 to 2026-27 in the existing
LOA of their SEZ unit located at M/s. JNPA – SEZ.

Decision:- After deliberations, the Committee approved the proposal of the Unit M/s. R
K Sweet Mars Private Limited for Broad Banding of items of manufacture and exports,
as per agenda, with revision of export-import projections for the remaining 4 years of
the existing block period i.e. 2022-23 to 2026-27 in the existing LOA of their SEZ unit

located at M/s. JNPA – SEZ in terms of Rule 19(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006 and directed
Specified Officer to visit and inspect the items(s) of manufacture as per LOA.
Agenda Item No. 04: Application of the unit M/s. R K Flexo Printers Packers LLP for
approval of inclusion of additional products in the LOA for trading activities without
revision of projections for their SEZ unit located at M/s. JNPA – SEZ.
The Unit M/s. R K Flexo Printers Packers LLP requested for inclusion of
additional products in the LOA for trading activities without revision of projections for
their SEZ unit located at M/s. JNPA – SEZ.

Further the unit has stated that there will be no revision in projections.
Decision:- After deliberations, the Committee observed that the proposal is deficient in
specific items details. Therefore, the Committee deferred the proposal of the Unit M/s. R
K Flexo Printers Packers LLP for approval of inclusion of additional products in the LOA
for trading activities without revision of projections for their SEZ unit located at M/s.
JNPA – SEZ in terms of Rule 19(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006 and directed the unit to submit
items details by specific names with HSN Code and also directed the Specified Officer to
re-examine the proposal.
Agenda Item No. 05: Application of M/s. Y R Dynamic Warehousing Services LLP for
setting up of a new unit in M/s. JNPA-SEZ.
M/s. Y R Dynamic Warehousing Services LLP had applied for setting up of a
new unit
at M/s. JNPA-SEZ for Warehousing and Services activities viz. Other
supporting and Auxiliary Transportation Services, Other supporting and Auxiliary
Transportation Services, Other supporting and Auxiliary Transportation Services, Other
supporting and Auxiliary Transportation Services, Other supporting and Auxiliary
Transportation Services, Services in the nature of warehouse Services (Including
Storage Services) in an area admeasuring 8,000 sq. mtrs., envisaging FOB value of
exports of Rs. 8.30 Crores, FE outgo of Rs. 0.338 Crores and NFE of Rs. 7.96 Crores over
a period of 5 years with employment generation of 110 nos. (77 Men & 33 Women).
Decision :- After deliberation, the Committee observed that the Unit representative was
not available to present the project details before the AC. Therefore, the Committee
deferred the proposal of M/s Y R Dynamic Warehousing Services LLP for setting up of a
Warehousing and Services activities unit at M/s. JNPA-SEZ.
Supplementary Agenda Item No. 01: Application of M/s. Siddhidhata Trading Co. for
Setting up of a New Unit at JNPA-SEZ
M/s. Siddhidhata Trading Co. had applied for setting up of a new unit at M/s.
File No.SEZ1-14011/1/2021-NS

JNPA-SEZ for Trading Activities of Trading of Fuel Oils, Trading of Base Oil, Trading of
Glycols, Trading of Organic Composite Solvents and thinners, not elsewhere specified or
included, Trading of Polyester Knitted Fabric, Trading of Viscose Knitted Fabric,
alongwith services of Consolidation of Cargo, Quality Checking and Testing, Packing or
re-packing, Labelling, re-Labelling in an area admeasuring 4358 sq. mtrs., envisaging
FOB value of exports of Rs. 29.23 Crores, FE outgo of Rs. 18.41 Crores and NFE of Rs.
10.82 Crores over a period of 5 years with employment generation of 15 nos. (10 Men &
05 Women).
Decision :- After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of M/s Siddhidhata
Trading Co. for setting up of a Trading Activities at M/s. JNPA-SEZ in an area
admeasuring 4358 sq.mtrs, at Plot No-F5 Sector 7, JNPA SEZ, envisaging FOB value of
exports of Rs. 29.23 Crores, FE outgo of Rs. 18.41 Crores and NFE of Rs. 10.82 Crores
over a period of 5 years with employment generation of 15 nos. (10 Men & 05 Women).
Further, the Committee directed that separate areas to be earmarked with separate
entry and exit for warehousing and trading activities for proper accounting and
monitoring. The applicant was further directed to ensure all compliance like fire NOC,
MPCB License, etc. before commencing operations. The Specified Officer was directed to
draw samples of the material each time at the inbound and outbound stage and get it
tested in government labs for confirmation of declaration of the goods.
