Decision: After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of M/s. EEPSITAA SHIPPING Pvt. Ltd. for setting up a new unit at JNPA-SEZ, NSBP-FTWZ for Warehousing Activities in terms of Rule 17 & 18 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

Mtr., envisaging FOB value of exports of Rs.12,500.00 in Lakhs, FE outgo of Rs. 5,187.88 in Lakhs and NFE of Rs. 7,312.12 in Lakhs over a period of 5 years with employment generation of 150 individuals (100 Men & 50 Women).

Agenda Item No. 07: Request of M/s. Nhava Sheva Business Park Pvt. Ltd.-FTWZ (Co-Developer) for approval of duty free procurement of list of materials required for various types of Development works. The Co-Developer M/s. Nhava Sheva Business Park Pvt. Ltd.-FTWZ has requested for the approval of duty free procurement of list of materials required for various types of Development works amounting to Rs. 18,00,000/- vide letter dated 03.12.2024 duly certified by Chartered Engineer, Mr. Hitesh Kirit Assar (Registration No. AM 093601/7 dtd. 17.02.2006). The Specified Officer, M/s. JNPA-SEZ vide letter dated 26.12.2024 has submitted verification report and stated that, the list amounting to Rs. 18,00,000.00/- has been verified and is found to be fit for Authorized operations.

Decision: After deliberation, the Committee approved proposal of M/s. Nhava Sheva Business Park Private Limited (Unit) located at JNPA-SEZ for approval w.r.t. change in Shareholding Pattern of the company in terms of Instruction No. 109, dated 18.10.2021 subject to submission of requisite documents as per Company Act. Further, the Committee also directed the unit to comply with the following safeguards in terms of Instruction No. 109, dated 18.10.2021.

  1. Seamless continuity of the SEZ activities with unaltered responsibilities and obligations for the altered entity.

  2. Fulfillment of all eligibility criteria applicable, including security clearances etc, by the altered entity and it’s constituents.

  3. Applicability of and compliance with all Revenue/Company Affairs/SEBI etc, Acts/Rules which regulate issues like capital gains, equity change, transfer, taxability etc.

  4. Full financial details relating to change in equity/merger, demerger, amalgamation or transfer in ownership etc. shall be furnished immediately to Member (IT&R), CBDT, Department of Revenue and to the jurisdictional authority.
