यूिनट .ारा aतुत एपीआर के आधार पर एसईजेड म- िन]दY अ#धकारी से िव* वष 2021-22 से 2024-25 के लए वा]षक दशन pरपोट ा‰ हुई थी। िन]दY अ#धकारी, जेएनपीए- एसईजेड क$ pरपोट म- कहा गया है िक यूिनट ने िव* वष 2024-25 के दौरान 599.89 लाख Šपये का सकारा?मक संचयी एनएफई हा0सल िकया है The Annual Performance Report for the FY 2021-22 to 2024-25 was received from Specified Officer, JNPA SEZ on the basis of APR submitted by the Unit. The report of Specified Officer, JNPA-SEZ stated that the unit has achieved positive cumulative NFE of Rs. 599.89 Lakhs during the FY 2024-25 िनणय: िवचार-िवमश के उपरांत, सिम#त ने SEZ िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के अंतगत M/s. Sarveshwar Logistics Service Private Limited के दशन पर िनƒनलखत िट‡प\णयq सिहत िवचार िकया: (i) िव*ीय वष 2021-22 के लए िनयात रा\श Š. 0.00 दशाई गई है, जबिक इकाई .ारा पpरचालन ारंभ िकया जा चुका था। इस पर इकाई ने अनुमोदन सिम#त क$ बैठक म- बताया िक िव*ीय वष 2021-22 म- दान क$ गई सेवाओं के लए भुगतान भारतीय Šपये (INR) म- `ा‰ हुआ था, 0जसके कारण िवदेशी मु/ा म- िनयात रा\श Š.

Sarveshwar Logistics Service Private Limited. in terms of Rule 54 SEZ Rules, 2006, with following observations: (i). exports for FY 2021-22 has been shown as Rs. 0.00 despite commencement of operation for which unit stated in approval committee meeting that service provided in FY 2021-22 was received in INR due to which the Export in Foreign Exchange has been shown as Rs. 0.00 (Zero). (ii). s delay of 146 days in submission of APR for the FY 2021-22 and delay of 1 day for the FY 2023-24. The Committee directed to issue Show Cause Notice for receiving payment in INR and for delay in submission of APR for the year 2021–22.
